Step 2 — Financial Audit Review

Here’s what sets us apart: we don’t quote a price until we’ve actually looked at your books. For a flat, upfront fee (confirmed with you before we begin), we do a full Financial Audit of your QuickBooks file — reconciliations, transaction history, account structure, the works.

Why we do it this way: guessing at a price from a phone call means either you get lowballed and we come back asking for more later, or you get overcharged for problems that don’t exist. A Financial Audit means the price you’re quoted is the price that’s actually right for your books.

Step 3 — Findings & Proposal

We’ll walk you through exactly what we found — in plain language, not accounting jargon — and what it means for your business. Then we’ll hand you a clear, fixed-price proposal for the work, scoped to what your books actually need. No surprises, no vague hourly estimates.

Step 4 — Engagement

Once you’re ready to move forward, we put everything in writing: scope, price, timeline, and what to expect from each of us. Nothing starts until this is signed, so there’s never any ambiguity about what you’re getting.

Step 5 — Ongoing Partnership

Whether it’s a one-time cleanup or ongoing monthly bookkeeping, we deliver exactly what was scoped — and check in with you at the milestones that matter. If your needs grow (payroll, advisory support, deeper reporting), we’ll scope and propose that separately, so you’re always only paying for what you actually need.
